Course Description:

Attendees will walk-through a home inspection, earning CE credits about the inspection process in a small group setting.  The walk-through will include multiple inspectors sharing their expertise as different areas of the home is inspected; attendees will rotate stations to learn from each inspector.  Discussion of what is and isn’t included, along with common problem areas, will be conducted.  Any problem areas that are found during the walk-through will be explained, and a short overview of the anticipated inspection report will conclude the course.  Attendees will be encouraged to ask questions to the inspectors throughout as they observe different areas of the home.

Course Description:

It is critically important to have a good flow of air to reduce health hazards and accidents.
